Our opening hours are now Monday to Friday 9am to 6.30pm / saturday 9am to 1pm in Calne And Lyneham 2pm-7pm Weekdays and Saturday 9am - 12pm

Please do NOT enter if you have any symptoms of COVID 19 or have been in contact with anyone who has within the last 2 weeks

We ask you to please ring the doorbell or call the Surgery when you arrive and we will advise you further

We can now see clients in the Surgery. We can only see ONE client at a time with each pet and only ONE client in the surgery at one time.

On entering the Surgery please use the Hand Gel provided. Clients MUST bring a face mask to wear whilst seeing the vet. Please make sure this is on properly, covering your nose and mouth, when entering the building.

Facemasks can be provided at a small charge

Please stay at least 2 Meters away from the reception desk unless asked otherwise

There is a protective screen between you and the vet/receptionist to minimize the likelihood of transmission.

If the Vet has to examine your animal on the floor with you holding your pet, she will wear a facemask and a Visor.
