** updated December 2021

** Despite the changes to the government guidlines on the 19th July, we would ask for your cooperation in still wearing a facemask when entering the practice. We will also be only allowing ONE person in the surgery at a time with their pet.

This is to protect our staff and clients and allow us to stay open and to be able to care for your pets. We thank you all for you understanding over the last year.

** With the new DELTA/OMICRON variant presenting with cold like symptoms we ask that you please do not come into the Surgery if you have cold or flu like symptoms. Please Call us when you arrive and we will come to collect your pet and examine him/her before returning them to you.

If you are not showing these symptoms we are still allowing ONE person in the surgery at a time with their pet.

We are still able to offer services for our patients, while still adhering to COVID-19 social distancing rules. Any additional services we can offer will depend on a risk assessment which considers the safety of our clients and teams along with the welfare of your pet.

We will aim to the provide the same high-quality services, with the same friendly, caring atmosphere but will need to do things slightly differently.

Please be patient with us and we will do our best to make your appointment as smooth as possible. We as a Surgery appreciate you co-operation and understanding during this time.

Guidance for attending your appointment:

To keep everyone safe, we are only allowing ONE Client into the practice with their Pet. When you book your appointment, we will confirm the arrangement for when you arrive and will advise on how we’re maintaining social distancing.

We ask that you please:

  • Call the practice or ring the doorbell to let us know you have arrived for your appointment - we will be with you as soon as possible
  •  Remain 2m apart from any staff
  • Please wear face coverings
  •  When entering and leaving  please use the hand sanitiser provided
  • Screens will be positioned at our reception desks and our Consulting tables and our teams will be wearing masks.
  • We may take payments over the phone where possible

Thank you for your continued understanding during this time.
